I I was reading bizcommunity earlier and came across a story about peel ‘n taste strip " the latest edition of FIPP's quarterly title, Magazine World, features a peel ‘n taste strip, one of the newest and most innovative techniques available in print magazine". My first thought was cool, I'd love to taste so many things before I buy them.

A flavor of a product is replicated and applied to a dissolving, edible film strip (like those used for mouthwash) packaged in tamper-resistant sachets.

Now I'm not sure if Taste-it Notes will revitalize the newspaper industry, but this is an interesting new take on product sampling.
