  Tamar Silberberg, General Manager

Tamar has significant experience working in the fields of Marketing, Communications and Events Planning.  Her experiences and network extends to the international arena and has been useful as First Flavor begins to expand internationally.

Prior to joining First Flavor, Tamar contributed to organizing international medical congresses and expanding promotional channels for Comtec, Conventions and Special Events; expanding distribution channels and creating marketing material for Sunoco Welcome America; and fundraising for local beneficiaries. These experiences contribute to the evolution of First Flavor's branding process and its increasing global marketing efforts.

Tamar is the Co-Founder and Executive Director of The Spruce Foundation, whose vision is to raise social awareness among Philadelphia's community of young professionals.  Programs sponsored by The Spruce Foundation increase social entrepeneurship and activism in the community by encouraging meaningful investments in under-privileged youth.

Tamar received her MBA at Temple University's Fox School of Business' Tri-Continent MBA Program, studying in Paris, Tokyo and Philadelphia. Tamar received her BA at Boston University.
