Alison B. Weisberg is of counsel in Morgan Lewis's Intellectual Property Practice. Alison's practice focuses on patent prosecution and counseling matters in the mechanical and computer arts.

Alison joined Morgan Lewis in 1994 as a litigation associate, focusing on intellectual property disputes. After associating with the intellectual property section of another Philadelphia law firm for several years where her practice included preparation and prosecution, enforcement and licensing of patents and trademarks, Alison returned to Morgan Lewis in November of 2000.

Alison received her Bachelors of Science in Civil & Environmental Engineering from Rutgers University and her J.D. from Villanova University School of Law. Alison is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the U.S. Patent and Trademark Office.
